IDK, I guess, everyone has different reasons for entering the market....

Houses keep declining in price,
it might be a good time to purchase....

I think the 8K mentioned something about May, with reporting....

18 years of not taking profits....

I'm hoping for revenue numbers and projected revenue numbers,
And
if things are good, sure,
a new home....
