1.2T total potentially dilutive common shares. Call me crazy but if I had to make sense of it. I would consider a conversation regarding NSS! Thats the only way I could come to that number... And even that's a stretch!

So how many potential shares are if share price is .000001 as it is right now ?

So if it is 1.02 trillion @ .0001 the possible is 102 trillion @ .000001 ?

Unless anyone knows differently, the "dilutive potential shares" are probably all calculated based on the current $.0001 share price. If the share price miraculously rose and stayed up, the underlying debts could be paid with fewer shares (but that's not to say there wouldn't be more O/S shares issued within the current 250B A/S).
