You are asking questions that are off the point that the 1T shares that you said were "outstanding" are actually NOT currently issued common shares at all (i.e. part of the O/S), but are debt instruments that only (and yes, that "only" deserves an eye-roll) have future conversion potential.
How Seamus is going to satisfy those debts is TBD.
Will his solution make retail buyers happy? Probably not.
I'm really only arguing for criticisms to be accurate. Straw-man criticisms don't really do anyone any favors.
