It would be a mistake-to conclude Auctus sucks, when Auctus helped Xeriant.

Also, if like me you're invested in Auctus (lol), and a company offering toxic funding to stupid CEO's is a sound business strategy, in particular when the lender can acquire the loaned to company, then Auctus is fantastic.
