A crook IMO as well. Does he even live in the US? I think he’s a citizen of Ireland but lives in the Bahamas?

Re the 1.2T shares "outstanding" ...

Since the A/S is 'only' 250B, there can't be 1.2T shares outstanding. The new 10-K says the O/S is 29B.

What you are calling 1.2T shares outstanding is 1.02T shares which the report rounds down with the following statement:
"The total potentially dilutive common shares, including outstanding common stock totaled 1.0 trillion on March 30, 2023."

The full figure, 1,022,190,917,817 (on p.23) is the "Total potentially dilutive shares of common stock, including outstanding common stock".

That obviously isn't 'good news' for anyone, but it's not a new figure as of the latest 10-K. It's been reported in previous 10-Qs.

RNVA deserves all the criticism it gets; but at least the criticism should not be distorted, since that makes criticisms suspect.

Unless anyone knows differently, the "dilutive potential shares" are probably all calculated based on the current $.0001 share price. If the share price miraculously rose and stayed up, the underlying debts could be paid with fewer shares (but that's not to say there wouldn't be more O/S shares issued within the current 250B A/S).

Don't mistake the above as a pump for RNVA. The point is the 1T dilutive potential shares have been documented before, so nobody gets points for calling RNVA out as if this is a new boat-anchor around the share price.

The O/S isn't 1.2T or 1T -- unless someone has insider knowledge dated beyond this latest 10-K that makes the 10-K numbers immediately obsolete.
