Based on the price point for Ultra, I wonder if the Doc is waiting for insurance company approval of the product for retail sales. Also, rather than hold large amounts of inventory subject to spoilage, maybe the Company is waiting for larger (think hospital) orders and intends to fill those orders when placed. Just guessing.
