Is this the same Greg Halpern who has repeatedly bragged about his martial arts expertise for many years now. The same Halpern who has posted videos of himself performing his judo moves. The same Halpern who has challenged shareholders and board posters to matches in the ring, and told them to bring friends to help? This Steven Seagal wannabe is now afraid of a poorly dressed surfer dude who hangs out in moot court? I don’t think so.
Halpern has talked to individual shareholders about the Asian market for several years now. He has promoted Rurouni as the leader of the Asian team. Tenchi, Rurouni, Ronin, shiro, and Ken have all talked about the masterless Samurai over the years. Halpern has posted videos with Bruce Lee in the background. Suddenly this is all a fantasy concocted by some beach boy. Again, I don’t think so. This seems to be a manufactured claim to distance himself from the failed deals, nonexistent characters portrayed on the board as real people, non-public information being posted over the years, and the probability that any deal in Asia is not large enough to save the company. Or a complete fantasy.
By the way, I specifically remember Rurouni posting minutes after the court session was completed that MAXD won a victory in court against Google. Of course, it was not true. Was the beach dude responsible for that too?
