Posting lies alongside truth is inconsistent and begs the question why anyone would think that is wise business for Halpern or the company? If one truly understood Ayn Rand and the Galt relationship they wouldn’t make such a statement.

This marathon has been going on for over a decade. Mainly because we have a CEO who doesn’t have the attitude of a sprinter or a closer. Instead, we have a distance runner without a moral compass who can never locate the finish line.

My point was missed entirely. GH is posting provable lies and now claims are being made that he has the rights to them? I wasn’t specifically speaking of the voice recordings. Yes, they are on his phones. I’m talking about nude photos he does not have permission to post. That’s considered revenge porn in many states. I’m referring to specific lies throughout the website. Also, recording someone without their knowledge and permission is illegal in many states. Not to mention unethical.

There’s a difference between complaining behind the scenes and posting on a chat board. Most readers on these boards never post. I’ve been a reader since 2012 yet never posted until a few years ago. I personally know many investors in MAXD who have been disgusted with Halpern’s social media and Vimeo presence for many years and want him gone. Just because they have not been heard form YET doesn’t mean they won’t be heard at the right time.

I’m not referring to “obsession” or “restraint,” I’m referring to the morality of posting lies and deceptions for personal gain. The absolute arrogance to post deceitful information that Halpern has been legally notified to remove speaks for itself. Restraint? You think because he doesn’t exposed all the information he’s collected in his files is an example of restraint? His past behavior demonstrates his lack of restraint.
