In my book it is a very low floater even with the 320M or so OS that I anticipate early next week when the note conversion that I expect happened today is disclosed. Since the notes convert at 70% of the average of the two lowest closing prices of the last 10 they would have to have to have converted the notes prior to the close today to get the last of the deal days. In the grand scheme of startup biotech AXIM is bursting on the scene with a very low share count.
I think that I did well bottom fishing but time will tell. I feel for the guys that had brokerage issues right at the bottom can couldn't get shares.
You know Tex, we have kicked around DED,Cancer and Covid a lot lately. We have not poked at the Fentanyl initiative. Have you looked into that? The 10K discusses the benefits of the product but unlike the others is very limited in details about the plans and priority of it. It seems to me that if something is going to happen in that space now would be the time as our country seems to have hit bottom and has started to ascend.
