In my book it is a very low floater even with the 320M or so OS that I anticipate early next week when the note conversion that I expect happened today is disclosed. Since the notes convert at 70% of the average of the two lowest closing prices of the last 10 they would have to have to have converted the notes prior to the close today to get the last of the deal days.
In the grand scheme of startup biotech AXIM is bursting on the scene with a very low share count.

I think that I did well bottom fishing but time will tell. I feel for the guys that had brokerage issues right at the bottom can couldn't get shares.
