I would have agreed, prior to the wild card NoPain Act and CMS insurance reimbursement now on the feast table. No longer the case.

The equation has changed as now the wolves, lions, tigers, hippos, cheetahs, jackals, and those hungry for more are all on the scene seeking the delicious government money flow spigot coming down the road. THEY will now will determine the value of BIEL to THEM for the FUTURE, and not the intrinsic value solely based on sales of the PRESENT.
