You see, today is the tax filing deadline in the U.S. The stock price just pops up after a few sellers in the retail base sell shares, needing cash to cover tax payments.

I mistakenly referred to the 1099 ez which was replaced with 1040 ez. My wife is the one that fills in the forms just to make sure those don’t get wet from me being outside.
