100% Agree. It's horse-shit. Negligent Maybe. Intentional Im starting to think for sure. Maybe Another opportunity for their buddies to buy Low if SP drops again on late filing?

Its quite frustrating to see a company Claim to have so much in the pipeline, have so many REPUTABLE board members, clients and partners, but then fail to deliver on timelines, updates, or something as simple as a filing.

I get that the last time they filed late they may have had to deal with the recent acquisition of IST and were going through the recent passing of a board member BUT what is the issue now.

Like common my guy , company knows filing was due.. they filed the extension.. they know the time frame... Please, what happened now?

Agreed. I think ever since they lost QB status he is just ‘concentrating’ on getting something going.
