IMO, KM had no choice but to work with PWO and fight Denner. KM was what I consider a "junior" CEO. While he had some control over the company, he was really the board's puppet. And I think the board really answered to PWO.
They did the same thing to JT. Made him their puppet.
I think the CotB has been the problem with this company for many years. JT wasn't a bad guy. KM wasn't a bad guy. They were just the wrong guys for the CEO job, with shitty chairmen leading the company.
