If the fin shows what the CEO stated as revenues for Dec, we should be fine. If the fins don’t reflect what he stated, the CEO should be locked up. SEC would get involved no doubt being a reporting company and all. They don’t like misrepresentation so much. CEO is on record with the revenue figure. He can’t weasel his way out of this one unless he just doesn’t report. Never know with pinks. Been on the good side and the bad through the years. Time will tell.
