I didn’t listen to the presentation but I heard Missling sounded extremely tired

Probably true--a new chapter has begun and Missling may be feeling some pressure to deliver the regulatory steps he outlined four and one-half months ago. Further, the stock price has declined to the point where he knows the shorts now fully own AVXL until they are forced to surrender. AVXL needs increased institutional ownership (to attract interest from BP among other reasons) and that isn't going to happen (in a substantial way) without further pipeline/regulatory success.
