DD doesn't matter in the OTC,It's a crap shoot except for flippers. Buy a couple million shares at .0001 pump it up a bit, put your short sell order in, then help bad mouth the stock ,then when your low bid hits that actual low realistic price at a certain time frame, you win. In the mean time us longs hope the penny stock we bought will be the one to succeed.
