Actually Greg is doing fine, I spoke with him at length. He is doing everything to retain control of MAXD. He needs to only pull off one of 2 deals that are so big he would be redeemed.

As for the CEI abilities, word is Greg is by far the best in the business, which is probably
why he got his “GH” nickname. I look forward to sitting down with him one day and try it out for myself if the occasion should arise.

I see the Hoodwinkers link has been posted again on this website. I’m not sure why Halpern thinks this is a good look for him or, for that matter, MAXD as a company. It is not.

The website is filed with vile photographs and obnoxious graphics as well as defamatory claims which have been proven to be false.

I wonder about the mindset of a person who would continue to post this type of vulgar and erroneous information about former partners, shareholders, and specifically, the angel investor who personally bailed him out every time he asked for help. This is nothing more than conduct unbecoming for the CEO of a publicly traded company.
