Very possible, but what if it trades at 1.20 and execute a reverse split of 1/10 reverse split and trades at 10.20 after the reverse split and they have their base covered to list easily on the big boards and get institutional investors on the bandwagon. All this time, I have been thinking that 1/10 reverse split is more of a possibility.

I disagree with the RS scenario to start with. They can increase the AS and issue debt for equity or issue preferred shares that can pay dividends and later be converted. To do a RS would result in a less liquidity, and I do not think Delfin wants to stifle the share price at such a low PPS. To do so would just eat up a large number of the AS for no reason at all
