You are correct Rose. Lavaza is only slightly better at lowering trigs than Vascepa and elevates your LDL. So again, why are so many Dr’s still prescribing Lavaza? Old habits and lack of knowledge IMO.
Lovaza LOWERS triglycerides but RAISES LDL...This explains why Lovaza is ineffective (or even harmful) in reducing CVD....and this may apply to OTC fish oils as well
