The fours look every bit as much a paint job as the .0007's. Remember it is harder to get a trade through now than it was before. Bid and asks are all over the map. Also if someone was not paying attention and intended to sell rather than buy that may be taken into consideration. Or the .0007's were barely available at the time (remember you need a buyer and a seller to have a transaction).
