The word "settlement" is all inclusive of many things. The other wording is standard legal language (BS). As I previously suggested - lets all wait for the fat lady to sing before we go nuts in one direction or another.

Well, Jimmy, out of the last 154 posts, yours is the only negative one in the past 36 hours on this topic. No one knows what the arrangements are, but I highly doubt our BOD is in the "screwing" business period. FM and BA yes, our BOD...I don't think so. Our BOD's are working their tail off to get us "unscrewed", and I think that is just what they are doing in record time. eom
