Sorry to say, but this is bad news. Why the hell would they settle. They said it was because of the overall effect on the Evans shareholders. That isn't us boys. We only own about 5% or less of Evans. That is the BOD and Bad Apple looking out for their 40,000,000 or more shares that they have in EVSY. I think we are getting screwed again all because of EVANS, and its by our BOD and Bad Apple. JMHO
