Dilution today, 7,757,300 brand new dilutive shares NEWBauer dumped onto MIKP “investors” too ignant to do some DD and call the TA. With the AS doubled now, I believe today the dilution has begun last Monday, according to sources, in my opinion. The new OS has now exceeded the old AS of 2,227,000,000 and is rapidly going to hit 2.5 billion by the end of this month !

The TA hasn’t reported the daily OS increases because NEWBauer has them gagged and they are gagged as of April 3, 2023,11 days ago.

We gonna need that other year audited financials, NEWBauer is soon going to learn.
