I am very keyed in on Nassau County, NY. Know it like the back of my hand. Ivy So, owner of 35M shares, is listed as having an address of 12 Liberty Lane, Plainview, New York (Nassau County) in UPIN documents. There is no physical address of 12 Liberty Lane in Plainview. However, there is a 12 Library Lane, Plainview. The owner of record of that property is Calvin Chiu, the son of Tony and Ivy So Chiu.

Ivy So probably lives there despite being the owner of record at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. She is listed as "a married woman" on the deed. Listed in this manner because Tony probably has bad credit. Tony Chiu lives at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. I suspect Tony and Ivy are at least separated.

Any investment here should be a very short-term horizon and the share structure. Place zero weight on the business fundamentals. They aren't real.
