Thanks so much for the detailed answer. I didn't end up buying until I can investigate it a bit further. I guess my biggest fear is having it stop trading overnight. Bad news I can handle as long as I have an opportunity to exit. It's the times that the stock just stops trading and never reopens or reopens on the grey sheets that scare me.
