In reality, every stock has a "reason" why it could stop trading.

The most obvious reason here, is the FDIC completes it's obligations in receivership.

What that means for shareholders here, will be known upon learning what the remaining $60 billion portfolio, and the Blockchain platform, SIGNET, sell for.

It's a game of Obligations Vs Value here.

Many different opinions as to what O vs V currently is.

If you're versed in valuation, you're most likely also able to find Obligations, and that's where you want to dig.
