I know the story completely on that it was defiantly a regulator thing. Alberta is NOT open for business and its overrun by quasi-government entitles all looking to keep their jobs. The entire reason this happened is they were trying to regulate a company that was not even in their jurisdiction. The company had filed their reports and stayed current however Alberta decided that was not good enough that the SEC Edgar was not good enough for them.
Glad they got out.
