In reality, we got screwed by the Canadian Regulators on a paperwork technicality. We had Canadian production, US production and were set up to grow when they hit XFLS with the CTO. Then the Canadian Feds could have settled the case with a slap on the wrist and fine but they decided to come down hard on Mike and the company. Mr. Iggulden and Mr. Roussos thanked Mr. McLaren for his years of service and limitless commitment to the prosperity of the company. Not worried in the least about the destiny of this company with both Mike and Josh working together to build this company.
