This all means that at least when in comes to unlocking shareholder value in a reasonable time frame, Ms. Powers has significantly different needs and interests than most other shareholders and that represents a misalignment.

I have no idea what any of this word salad means. LP owns enormous amounts of shares, warrants and options of NWBO. Her interest align with NWBO shareholders. She is not here to 'milk' the company. LP is here to see NWBO succeed. Her actions speak loudly:

Total nonsense and basically inconsistent with how the entirety of capitalism works in the US. Sounds good to people who don’t know better maybe. Though I do think the argument is inconsistently set out and and has nothing to do with a systemic critique of American capitalism.
