If UM or anyone else was hindering TSI, that should have been addressed immediately by notifying shareholders and taking action. We all understood that phase 3 was happening, and Dr. Ichim has numerous tweets about it too. I wasn't upset yesterday, but kinda mad that the CEO is not addressing this today and Dr. Ichim spamming social media about patents today and not addressing it either. I don't really care what happened in the PAST because it cannot be changed, I want to know what's going to happen in the FUTURE

Can you clarify what you mean and where you are getting new information? I don't see any posts from Tim.

I am just interested to know if the trial is still "ongoing" or will need to start over after cells are validated or if it has been terminated. I don't see what the big deal is if either Tim or Tom can just clarify this...

Ya I simply want clarity on the whole situation regarding phase 3 also and what the official plan is going forward, simple as that because it’s important to have phase 3 trials in progress and treating patients, making progress on that is important and my wife thinks the same, I’d like to know the status of everything regarding phase 3 definitely considering the scare of it might not have been started due to 8k info and also I just want communication related to phase 3 and if it hasn’t been started it would be nice to have an official plan on what’s going on and the plan on what’s being done to officially get it off the ground and do what needs to be done to get the trial from start to finish so we can get TSOI’s first phase 3 commercialization that’s very important.
