Probably the best case scenario would be funding a portion with good terms and minimal dilution, then hopefully add in a government grant or two. This would be very bullish. It would also likely be a long shot and difficult to achieve.
With projects in different countries, funding will have to come from various sources within those countries for the most part I assume. Hopefully funding terms in some of the foreign locations can be favorable.
Good news with funding from any of the locations will give us some traction.
