There is a couple of possibilities in this case. First, it could be that HERB needs to amend the latest annual report, which happens quite frequently with other companies as well and which is the most likely. The company should get something from otcmarkets if that is the case. The other possibility is something about the form C. The thing is I have no idea how otcmarkets treats these form C's in detail and what you are supposed to file once you have started a form C. It's not a clear thing and kinda confusing. But of note is that the form C audited numbers are only for 20 and 21, so 2022 which was due a few days ago isn't included there. That said otcmarkets knows about the audited part because in the profile they treat HERB as an alternate filer but an audited numbers filer. Not a SEC filer which is another thing for them. The attorney letter can't be a problem right now either way because it's not due within 120 days from the reporting date so that would mean end of april.
