Amend what? They already refiled it with no apparent changes. Could have something to do with it, or something they missed.

The attorney letter can't be a problem right now either way because it's not due within 120 days from the reporting date so that would mean end of april.

But of note is that the form C audited numbers are only for 20 and 21, so 2022 which was due a few days ago isn't included there.

But they already filed the annual audited report for 21 and 22. They don't have to update the C-form.

I don't think it can be related to the form C. The SEC requirements for form C-AR (Annual report for C filers) is 120 days after period end. So that isn't due until end of April.

Perhaps the system detected that they filed the report too late, on 04/02/2023

Which makes you wonder why the hell they refiled it in the first place, unchanged. When they already filed it on March 27, on time. Just to annoy us some more, I suppose.
