Yup, hearing this information through Larry Smith makes a mockery with how NWBO presents this type of critical information to it's shareholders. This is either complete speculation and quite frankly B.S from LS or indeed NWBO are so shallow as to let him speak to shareholders. Dave Innes needs to let shareholders know what is going on because this type of second hand information will be mopped up by the shorts. Carrot dangling at its finest. IMO

Regardless of what LS and others say this is all just speculation. At this stage THE most important thing is that the remaining critical steps to approval are completed as timely as possible but done correctly. We are currently in a unique position, there are no competitors close enough to stop us getting approved. Also, all those trying to bankrupt the company and stop us from getting approved have failed. I fully expect UK approval this year and further approvals in EU, Canada and US within the next 12 months. I know what I own and personally will be happy if this plays out this way. :-)

That was a question of guideline interpretation, where I think the MHRA showed MIA can be filed with the MAA.

This is a question of straight out facts. Why is Larry turning LP’s 1 million page workload into 1.5 million.

Why is he now saying NWBO is adding new clinical trial data to to the special master file?

You show me the original source LS got his 1.5 million pages from (it’s 1 million according to LP) You show me the original source Larry got his info that as of today, clinical data still has to be placed in the MAA (trial master file). Both of these are directly contradictory of what LP stated at the ASM. Why would he contradict her? I believe LP.
