When you look at 10k and increase to 7 million loss. They have to do a lot more revenues better margins included. It is tanking because combing 2 companies losing money to lose even more. Not good for share price is it. Unless they file a 10K showing a profit nothing else will matter. The last one made losses grow by millions.
