NNVC has indeed received IND approval in India on 1/27/23 from DCGI.

I'm not sure what this does to your hypothesis that you repeated over and over again here, something about "in all the history of ...., if someone hasn't gotten an IND in ... x ... years, they never have gotten one and never will," but I'd say it destroys it pretty well, in spite of the inane repetition of it. I guess someone had to be first biotech to be the longest one in preclinical development and a breaker of your "rule" / observation! I guess you were wrong with your prediction, despite dozens of repetitions of it over 7+ years. Being right for 7 years was pretty good, though!

Will see if they if they have any hint of decent results, if they will be able to attract a partner or raise funds to go it alone, and if they will be coming to the US and will get an IND here too.

P.S. Another company that raised over $100M and still in product development over ~2 decades plus is the private company, Brilliant Light Power. Will see if they start getting some traction this year too. They also have lots of doubters and detractors.

"NNVC would first have to successfully complete the IND approval process in India before running a clinical trial in India: "

I guess they did.

No idea where to look for updates....other than NNVC PRs/filings.

One of the latter was filed yesterday:
