I brought up MMTLP and he used that as an example of how ALL government agencies seem to now function, not for us, but for their own purpose. Therefore, they do what they want, when they want to. He kept saying "there is no rule of law". Every now and again, they may throw us (the populace) a bone or two by doing something. In general, though, its' business as usual. He feels this modus operandi will continue to deplete the fabric or character of the country.
