Who cares how Tim and Tim got their shares knowing the opportunity existed for them both to reap fortunes by selling a majority of them during the HiSTORICAL RUNS in 2021 that took the TSOI share prices to levels (.17,.13) never, ever seen before? Is that how alleged conmen take care of business? Do you have ANY other examples of CEO’s of other OTC companies that did the same thing (not selling of shares) that are still involved in those companies if those companies still even exist? As the price dropped from the high and they were awarded more and more shares? Did you “continue” to see that happening with the award button? Obviously that kind of behavior by Tim and Tom must have been considered acceptable to some here. Tim Dixon I believe is 65 years old and eligible for social security and his working years are drawing to an end! Not many people here believe that if Tim was truly an alleged conman, he would have NEVER let a ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY to cash out shares at the major premium prices in 2021 PASS HIM BY!
