I spent a couple of hours reading the new Shell rules, requirements and "we're gonna throw you in jail of there is any funny business."

Seriously, there are a few minefields to navigate when listing possibles vs actual intended targets. I think that some of the posting, or lack thereof is directly related to the new threats.

I'm more comfortable after a triple read of the old rule(s) and the current Amendments, That begs the question, "How comfortable was I before". Could have been better. ;-)
