Uh huh. More opinion shrouded in hyperbole. I do however agree that Ghana may be out, as celltel won a contract shortly after they announced this(that December after).. Doesn’t mean they can’t still have some game in it. But I imagine celltel won that project.
As for the other opportunities. There is nothing to believe it’s not still happening imo. As I said repeatedly you are implying that govt and other entities are involved with the so called ‘scam’ with nothing to back it up.
I will bring up another question which I think there will be no reply. You are now claiming BPI is part of a Nigerian scam network. Do you have any links to back this up ? What other scams were BPI involved with that point to scams ? Please do tell.
It's great to have this unbiased opinion with great research and due diligence I'm so glad I sat on the sidelines waiting for stok to update us and saving us from making a great mistake I'm sorry for the losses that the uninformed have suffered
