Good Morning and Happy Easter, b2b. My only encounter with "native Americans" was in Nenana AK on the 4th of July 1982. They were celebrating with gusto. It was then that I understood the origin of the term "fire water." One woman's pithy comment was "Indians. We're all spirit and no soul." I was glad to get away from the group. They left a lasting bad impression on me.
So it goes. Basically, I know nothing about the tribes and their history. I'll trust your impression of them. It's better than mine.
