I respectfully disagree that the questions about Rurouni have been answered. Saying “Rurouni is working on bringing MAXD technology to Japan and UK” does not define his qualifications, his job title, or his compensation, current or future.

In the past it’s been implied that he has had some level of control in the decision-making process, timetables, and planning. Are shareholders not allowed to ask questions about someone so influential?

Even though you’ve “never met him” and “don’t know him,” you must be curious enough about him to have asked Halpern about his role in the company.

My questions were about Rurouni, since you brought him up, and were not pertaining to “the news.” Where can we see this new platform that is up and running in Japan?

How do you take Team Halpern's horrendous financials out of context? What about the fact that Team Halpern doesn't have a single solid deal after fourteen years?


The following should be frowned on.

I don't believe Halpern ever finalized a deal with MAXD. I don't believe Halpern has any rights on the land to do a deal. How much has he made on his land rights? If this was real, Halpern never would've stopped filing!
