The UST didn't hold 'all the cards' with respect to Exiting the CONservatorships, as Mel Watt (an O'Bummer appointee) and the Trump Administration were incompatible and the previous administration should have had control over the FHFA from DAY 1, BUT WAS DENIED THAT CONSTITUTIONAL SEPERATION OF POWERS RIGHT!
