That's WHY the Shareholders were damaged by the UNCONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION IN HERA PREVENTING TRUMP FROM REMOVING THE O'BUMMER HOLDOVER MEL WATT FROM DAY 1 OF HIS ADMINISTRATION.
