WISE WQLF SAYS; AJNA pays for Laboratory. Charlotte’s Web gets voting rights and gives away patent rights to Partnership for 40 Percent of unknown or no revenue stream. The Company would have been better off partnering with a proven Biotech Company instead of Giving The Farm Away to the Seven Dwarfs newest startup. This isn’t the first venture and it will not be the last that the itsy itsy bitsy spider web stocking holders get Stung in the Rear YQU Do Understand YQU Understand. Have Mercy WISE WQLF Ahooooooo

Dr Joong J Fang SAID ; The company gave its 5 patent rights exclusively to the Stanley Brothers and former company cohorts. WISE WQLF was correct in his assessment. The Charlotte’s Web shareholders could have made a BETTER DEAL if they placed their 5 Patents into a proven Biotech company. In the deal they made, there is a higher risk of failure.

“ The Company’s contribution to the joint venture is a license permitting the use certain proprietary hemp intellectual properties, including clinical and consumer data and BAT is contributing US$10 million as the JV’s initial investor. AJNA is contributing laboratory and regulatory services, clinical expertise and the provision of clinical services.”

WISE WQLF SAID; AJNA is not privy to the Stanley Brothers USA Holding Company. It is a Private Delaware Corporation.

“ AJNA, a botanical drug development company focused on mental health and neurological disorders, is partially owned and was co-founded by Joel Stanley, AJNA’s president and the former CEO and Chairman of the board of Company, together with certain other founding members of the Company.”
