Ziploc. I like your idea. It seems like it should be an easy fix to keep skinny label meds from virtually unrestricted infringing use for non carve out indications and also support the intentions of HW. Until now, payers haven’t had any motivation to correct the problem. I don’t think lawmakers and judges were to keen on addressing the issue either until GSK vs TEVA and AMRN VS HIKMA/HEALTHNET got their attention. Your suggestion addresses the issue nicely IMO.
