IMO I don't think court will ask for shareholders opinion...court will rule on the evidence and IMO will dismiss the case but time will tell....with AMC anything is possible but it appears this justice has some credibility....we shall see

i agree. i think aa was in a rush to settle this and commence with the rs and was willing to compromise by diluting more shares. now we are back on our original schedule and aa probably won't have to dilute more shares once this is thrown out.

it's just 3 more weeks.
