The court wants to hear ALL shareholders views before allowing the case to be cancelled. Allegheny had their own agenda and could care less about the 99% shareholders. Allegheny opened Pandora box when they filled. Now they will have to pay with time.
Remember this the higher AMC price goes the higher APE price will be when its eventually merged with AMC shares. IMHO it's a blessing in disguise. The judge did a favor to all shareholders denying the settlement.
