Terms aren't unreasonable, but make no mistake...it's a sweetheart deal.

I'd ask for that much too if I was putting up that kind of $$.

However, he also has inside information...to where he knows the likelihood of a raise and getting his money back within 6 months is feasible. So, minimal risk on his part imo.
